The location here is excellent, just a short walk to the city center and close to the event I was attending.

Everything was perfectly fine, including excellent staff and marvellous location near the event I was attending. Spotlessly clean room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Location not far from Monterrey and mexico and the Centro.

The room was super clean, had a spacious bed, and a nice bathroom with a shower. They even provided hairdryers and soft bath towels 🚿.

That for the breakfast that they offer you American type they leave you everything bad, without cutlery, and all those that had a previous breakfast all a disorder, without cleaning, I asked for plates, complements for the coffee and it answered me "they are in the tables" what I made was to leave the place, since the tables full with dirty plates, I did not have the necessity to walk looking for, the truth I went first to see and when I found that service, I preferred not to use the service..and I better go to a restaurant outside the hotel. because of course they offer that for 100 pesos more you can eat at the restaurant. so they serve you well.they gave me 4 tickets of which they have them in the trash... excuse my way of commenting but I think that any client if they offer it in some page it is because they should give you the service like any other... Well, that's my point of view, because I brought the same money to pay for the other service, but I didn't pay for their actions that I observed there.

Great motel, perfect for our last night before crossing the border. Modern with a spacious courtyard parking. Large rooms with two queen beds and all the amenities. Fantastic breakfast. Only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, but the hotel restaurant is a good option. highly recommend Sleep Inn Monterrey Norte.
